Is not Shooting clients that are clients first and friends second..

But clients that are friends (or in this case family) first

and clients second.

I love this Family so much...

Seniors are one of my absolute favorite sessions...

I love the joy I know these young adults feel..

I love being the one to capture them as they take this last step of childhood...soon they will be adults...

I love seeing as they close this chapter...

Capture the ending that is really a beginning...

But this was a more personal experience...

A Bittersweet Session...

I watch this not so little girl grow...

In her mommy's belly...

When she was born..

When she learned to walk...

her first words...

Her first crush and broken heart...

Seen her grow, watched her thrive...

Held my breathe as she spread her wings...

knowing she would fly..

But scared to death of seeing her fall...

But she flew...And her wings were stunning in the light...

Panda you will always be my little girl...even if you are now a young woman...

I love you and I am so proud to be your Auntie, Your best Friend,

and your confidant <3

Your Chapter is ending...but your story has only begun

Tod Kahler Senior 2015 (Mt. Spokane)

They say don't blink, because before you know it they will be Seniors in high school.

And sadly that's the truth.

Hopefully taking photos to remember having them close...

Will help ease the pain of watching them leave the nest.
